Seen this Man? He's Suspected of Fraud in Malibu Identity Theft Case

The man was seen using a credit card stolen from a victim in Malibu at a Target in Los Angeles.

MALIBU, CA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected with fraud in an identity theft case in Malibu.

The man was described as Hispanic between 40 to 50 years old. He's a suspect in a petty theft case in the 30000 block of Pacific Coast Highway on July 26 where the victim's credit cards were stolen. The man was seen on surveillance video later that day using one of the stolen credit cards at a Target in Los Angeles, deputies said.

In the video, the suspect was wearing a grey golfer-style hat with sunglasses, light pink polo shirt, long blue shorts and grey sneakers. Detectives at the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station have released the photo of the suspect hoping someone will recognize him.
