Signal Outage Snarls PCH Traffic
The signal is out at Chautauqua Boulevard at Pacific Coast Highway.
A signal outage snarled Pacific Coast Highway traffic in both directions Wednesday.
The outage began just before 3 p.m. on PCH at Chautauqua Boulevard. Traffic was backed up in both directions on PCH, according to Malibu's Office of Emergency Services.Â
A Los Angeles Police unit was enroute as of 5:30 p.m. to assist with traffic control, according to LAPD.
