Christmas Trees to Go on Sale Next Week

The Christmas trees, wreathes and garland go on sale the day after Thanksgiving in a lot off Pacific Coast Highway and Heathercliff Road in Malibu.

With Thanksgiving only a week away, the Malibu High School Athletic Booster Club put up a tent this week to prepare for Christmas tree sales.

The lot on Pacific Coast Highway on Heathercliff Road opens at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 23, the day after Thanksgiving, according to Pete Anthony, a Malibu High School parent and organizer. Sales will continue from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Dec. 23 or when all items are sold.

The sale of Christmas trees, garland and wreaths act as the primary fundraiser for the Athletic Booster Club, Anthony said. All of the proceeds will be used for MHS sport teams and programs.
