Thieves Target Electronics in Malibu
Recent crimes from the Malibu area over the past week.

Thieves stole electronics from around Malibu this week.
The first burglary was report at noon on Jan. 26 on Dume Drive in Malibu, according to the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff's Station.
A theif broke into the home and stole a $1,500 laptop from a bedroom. The investigaiton is ongoing.

The second theft was reported at 10 p.m. Jan. 26 on Pacific Coast Highway (the sheriff's department did not provide a block number or cross street).
A vehicle's front passenger window was smashed and a GPS Garmin, two iPods and other electronics totaling $450 were taken.
