UPDATE: Gusty Winds Expected in Malibu
A Santa Ana event will bring gusty northeast winds Thursday in Malibu.
UPDATE at 7:30 a.m.: The National Weather Service has canceled a wind advisory for Malibu. Gusty winds are still expected through noon.

A wind advisory is in effect from 4 a.m. to noon Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
