Pink Sells Malibu Tropical Paradise for $12.5 Million

MALIBU, CA -- It seems there is a price to pay for paradise, though just not as much as Pink had hoped. The singer-songwriter recently sold her Point Dume home for $12.5 million, about $1.5 million less than the asking price.

She and husband, motorcycle racer Carey Hart, had hoped to sell the 7,450-square-foot Balinese-inspired home for nearly $14 million, the price that it was listed for in 2015. But don't feel bad for the couple. They made more than half a million dollars in the deal.

The estate features a guest house, a private pathway to the beach and a pool and spa area surrounded by lush green lawn. The property sits on more than an acre with a koi pond entry.

The five-bedroom home also features a great room, den, media room and a chef's kitchen with two islands.
