2 Arrested Following Stolen Vehicle Chase In Manhattan Beach

Inside the stolen vehicle, police found stolen vehicle components as well as shaved car keys.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Two suspects were taken into custody Sunday morning following a stolen car chase that started in Manhattan Beach and ended in a crash in Inglewood, police said.

The chase started shortly after 4:05 a.m. when officers tried to puller over a suspicious vehicle in the 1700 block of Ninth Street, according to the Manhattan Beach Police Department.

The driver fled northbound, speeding on Aviation Boulevard into Inglewood where the motorist lost control and crashed into a wall at the intersection of Manchester and La Brea avenues, police said.

Two suspects were taken into custody without incident. No one was injured in the crash.
