Close Encounters with Sharks Off Manhattan Beach Captured on Video
Sharks continue to be spotted off the shoreline of Manhattan Beach.
A surfer and stand up paddleboarder captured footage of a shark swimming near them off El Porto in Manhattan Beach this week.
Erika Henderson saw something near her in the water and used her camera to film it.
KCAL 9 TV reported on the shark sighting and spoke with a frequent surfer to the area.
Due to shark sightings in the area, stand up paddleboarder Mike Durand headed off the Manhattan Beach coast in the hope of encountering a shark.
