Green Idea House Owner To Feature In Green Committee Speaker Series
Attendees can expect to leave the event with the information they need to examine their home and lifestyle through an environmental lens.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Highly acclaimed TedX speaker and contractor of the award-winning Green Idea House Robert Fortunato will be the next featured speaker in the Manhattan Beach Unified School District Green Committee speaker series.
Fortunato will be presenting "Making Your Hime (and Your Life) Healthier, Safer, More Resilient and Less Costly" on May 2. He will share his insights about his experiences and will be available to answer questions relating to environmentally friendly living.
"Robert is a natural fit for our speaker series given his experience designing and acting as a general contractor for his own home in Hermosa, which he created to be energy efficient, environmentally friendly, and safer for his family," MBUSD Green Committee Vice Chair Michelle Porter told Patch.
