Twenty-six Manhattan Beach residents graduated recently from El Camino College, the local junior college. Bart Aslin, director of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Education Foundation, addressed the 66th graduating class from the two-year public college.
The graduating class included 1,288 students who received associate of art degrees, and 609 students who received associate of science degrees. The associate degree is awarded to students who complete a specific curriculum guideline.
