MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Luxury supermarket chain Erewhon is expanding its Los Angeles footprint by opening three new stores, including one in Manhattan Beach.

The Manhattan Beach store will be Erewhon's first-ever South Bay location and is set to open in March at 1700 Rosecrans Ave. Known for its organic food choices and celebrity clientele, the chain turned grocery shopping into a trendy activity.

The company will also open a store in West Hollywood in the summer and a store in Glendale toward the end of the year, according to the Los Angeles Times. After relocating its central kitchen to a larger space, the company said it has the capacity to expand around Southern California.
