Manhattan Beach Police To Hold Bike Safety Expo This Saturday
Manhattan Beach Police Department will provide a free a safety and training for children of all ages at Manhattan Beach Middle School.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- As the weather gets warmer and daylight longer, more and more kids are playing outside and the Manhattan Beach Police Department wants them to it safely.
The department is hosting a Kids Bike Safety Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Manhattan Beach Middle School.
MBPD is partnering with the Beach Cities Cycling Club, South Bay Bicycle Coalition and Meadows PTA to provide a free a safety and training for children of all ages.

At the expo, children will learn the rules of the road, participate in a skills course and receive a helmet fit check, according to the MBPD.
The event is part of the 2017 Summer Camp Expo where participants can learn about summer camp offerings in the city.
