Manhattan Beach Police Seek Help Locating Man in Child Annoyance Case
The man was described as thin build, between 5 -foot-7 and 5-foot-8 inches tall, wearing a blue shirt and gray pants.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- Manhattan Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating and identifying a man in a child annoyance case.
A man approached an 11-year-old girl, who was walking her dog, on Monday asking if she lived at a certain address, police said. The incident happened between 5:15 and 5:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of 21st.
The girl ran home and reported the incident to her parents. The man was described as thin build, between 5 -foot-7 and 5-foot-8 inches tall, wearing a blue shirt and gray pants.

Police searched the area but did not find the man. Anyone with information about this incident was encouraged to call Detective Smith at (310) 802-5133, or the Manhattan Beach Tip Hotline at (310) 802-5171.
