'Mindfulness During Madness': Manhattan Beach Chamber Hosts Event

A free Zoominar aimed at helping folks navigate the pandemic and its daily challenges is offered by the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The onslaught of COVID-19 has brought out many emotions for all of us who deal with its impact in business, finances, schooling, everyday life. Some of us are less inclined to go out in public. Some of us feel put off because we can't engage in our normal routines. Others among us feel the sting and pain of financial stress.

To help all of us navigate these tough times, the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce is presenting "Mindfulness During Madness: Navigating the Uncertainty of Extreme Challenge

The Zoominar will take place Thursday, September 10 from 9-10 a.m.
