MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- Police officers on Sunday asked the public for help in finding a South Bay man who is at-risk. Mikhail Semiduberskiy, 87, was last seen at 5 a.m. in Manhattan Beach. Semiduberskiy is described as a clean-shaven, white male with blue eyes and gray hair.
