Rooftop Champagne Sunday Brunch At Shade Hotel Redondo Beach

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The Shade Sparkle Bubbly Brunch this Sunday, Sept. 20 puts diners on top of the world [well, a rooftop] with amazing ocean and marina views, international champagne pours and a paired 4-course brunch in Redondo Beach. Tickets are $75 per person and are being taken by phone now.

Held from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Shade Hotel Redondo Beach, the brunch menu includes

• Amuse Bouche: Deshora Cava Brut, soft scrambled eggs and American caviar
• 1st Course: Long Story Short Sauvignon Blanc Bubbles, hiramasa crudo, citrus vinaigrette, radish, jalapeno
• 2nd Course: Casalini Prosecco Treviso Brut, burrata, heirloom tomato and peach salad, aged balsamic, basil, olive oil
• 3rd Course: Jean-Louis Denois Limoux Classique Brut, branzino fillet, wild mushrooms, potato puree, lobster chive butter
• 4th Course: Lucien Albrecht Rosé, almond milk panna cotta, red grapes, red grape gelée, almond brittle.

Social distancing guidelines are in place and party sizes must be six people or fewer and tables will be properly spaced out, according to Brunch organizers.
