The El Segundo Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is participating in World Kindness Day with Wescom Credit Union to give away free coffee drinks.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The El Segundo Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf located at Pacific Coast Highway and Walnut Avenue will be offering free drinks up to $15 per beverage tab on a first-come, first-served basis on World Kindness Day, Friday, Nov. 13. Wescom Credit union is picking up the tab at select Coffee Bean locations across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties for the third year in a row.

“For many Southern Californians, 2020 has been a ‘challenging’ year and we’re looking forward to sharing a bit of #WescomKindess with local residents, at a time when they might need it most,” said Tamar Atamian, vice president, marketing, Wescom. “However you like to start your day—coffee or tea—receiving a small act of kindness can set a positive tone for the day ahead.”

The first-come, first-served drinks will begin the moment the doors open in the morning until $2,000 worth of bills are paid at each of the 22 participating The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® locations. For the list of stores, visit wescom.org/cbtl.
