MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — La Trice Miller from the County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors, Community and Marketing Services Division snapped this photo of the sun reflecting off the water at Manhattan Beach.

“Who wouldn’t enjoy a great walk on the beach? A place of crashing waves, a setting sun, where you are able to wiggle your toes in the sand, and watch the birds enjoy the feel of the water. This is a place to meditate and remove all the chaos which has taken place throughout the day, the week, the month, or maybe throughout the year.”
