Current permit holders can park on Parking Structure 3, the city said.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- Manhattan Beach's city-owned parking structure on 12th street will be closed for nearly three months because of construction, the city announced.
The parking spaces at the upper deck and a portion of City Parking Structure 2, located between Bayview Drive and 12th Street, will be closed from Jan. 25 through April 14.
Current permit holders will be able to park on the upper deck of Parking Structure 3, located at Morningside Drive and 12th Street, and at the lower Metlox parking levels while Parking Structure 2 is under construction, the city said.
