Winners Announced In Manhattan Beach Neptunian Woman's Pet Photos

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The Neptunian Woman's Club (NWC) has announced the winners in its Halloween Pet Costume Contest. Winners and entries were shown in a video.

Judges included NWC President Jan Fleming and the two student school board representatives Joe Staskow and Emma Clarke, who attend Mira Costa High School.
