• A Campground in Manila is Just One Possibility After Friends of the Dunes Secures $430K Grant Land Trust (lostcoastoutpost.com) — Friends of the Dunes has secured a $431,500 state grant to buy and restore a long-blighted 6.5‑acre property on Stamps Lane in Manila, with options including a new affordable campground and expanded dune trails. The group will study whether to keep existing buildings for a caretaker, work with local partners on access and safety, and expects to close on the property early next year.
