MARINA DEL REY, CA — All through August, Southland first-responders can receive free Marina del Rey harbor cruise from Hornblower Cruises and Events, the company said.  Firefighters, police, members of the military and veterans and well as EMTs and others will receive two free tickets each after presenting their official identification at the ticket booth, 13755 Fiji Way.    Tours run at noon, 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
