LAPD Targets Inebriated Drivers With Marina Del Rey Checkpoint
The Los Angeles Police Department is holding two DUI checkpoints, including one in Marina Del Rey.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting two sobriety/license checkpoints Friday evening.
One checkpoint is at the intersection of Lincoln Boulevard and Maxella Avenue near Marina del Rey. The other is at the intersection of Vernon Avenue and Avalon Boulevard in South Los Angeles, police said.
Both checkpoints began operating at 8 p.m. and will continuing operating until 1 a.m. Saturday.
