Marina Del Rey Boater Missing In Mexico: Report
A Marina del Rey man's sailboat and dog were found on a beach in Mexico.

MARINA DEL REY, CA — A boater from Marina del Rey is missing in the waters off the coast of Mexico, according to media reports.
Bill Austin's sailboat "The Cat" was found washed up with his dog "Stogie" and personal belongings still onboard Saturday, KTLA reports.
The boat was recovered on a beach near Loreto in the Sea of Cortez, according to Fox11.

A search was underway over the weekend to try and find him. Austin had gone to Mexico for the last several months and had planned to return to Marina del Rey. Family and friends believe he may have stopped in Loreto.
Authorities and Austin's family are asking people for any information that could help locate him.
