Authorities ID Pedestrian Fatally Struck In Pacheco
The fatal incident happened last Wednesday morning in the area of Aspen and Brown drives.
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA — A man fatally hit by a car last week in the Pacheco area of
unincorporated Contra Costa County was identified as David Sueda, 61, according to the county coroner's office.
Investigators believe Sueda, a transient, was hit at 7:53 a.m. Wednesday when he walked into the roadway in the path of a southbound Nissan Cube in the area of Aspen and Brown drives.
The driver did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, authorities said.

Emergency crews found Sueda unresponsive and he was pronounced dead at the scene just before 8:05 a.m.
