Suspected Porch Pirate Takes Critically Sick Child's Package: Watch

CONCORD, CA — Concord police are asking the public to help identify a woman suspected of taking a package that they said was intended for a child in the midst of a serious medical fight.

In a video released by the Concord Police Department, a woman approaches a door, leans over, and then darts away with a bulky object in a white envelope.

The package was intended for a child facing a serious medical battle, police said in a social media post. "While we try to keep things light on social media around the Holidays, this is one delivery that definitely missed its intended destination—and the impact is very real," according to the post.
