MARTINEZ, CA – Spontaneous Mind Productions is thrilled to announce that Regina Saisi, a veteran of the Bay Area improv scene, will join the cast of "Partners in Crime" for its upcoming December 3rd episode. Saisi, a celebrated member of BATS Main Stage Company since 1987, brings her extensive experience in improvised theatre to the show.

Regina Saisi has been a cornerstone in the development of the San Francisco Bay Area’s improvisation community. Her career highlights include key roles as Artistic Director, director, and coach at BATS, and her current role as Dean at BATS School of Improv.
Saisi's contribution to improvised theatre is monumental. She has co-founded several groundbreaking improv companies like Riot Squad, Improv Theatre, Pulp Playhouse, True Fiction Magazine, and Improv Playhouse of San Francisco. Her work, notably with Improv Theatre, pioneered longform improv, transforming improvised theatre from simple scenes into intricate, full-length narratives. Pulp Playhouse stands as a testament to her extensive genre study, shaping both storytelling style and structure.

Her most ambitious project, True Fiction Magazine, has achieved international acclaim, presenting innovative narrative styles in countries like Sweden, Finland, Italy, and Belgium.
