Police found a body floating in Alhambra Creek around noon today.
A body was found floating in Alhambra Creek around noon Wednesday.
According to Martinez police, officers responded to a report of a body floating in the creek between the Amtrak Station and the nearby park. The body was floating under the bridge.
The Contra Costa Sheriff's Department Dive Team assisted in removing the body from the creek. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information should contact Sgt Jon Sylvia at 925-372-3450.
