BAY POINT, CA — The East Bay experienced major traffic delays following a deadly multi-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on Highway 4 in Contra Costa County early Wednesday morning, ABC7 reported.
The collision was reported in the eastbound lanes near the San Marcos Boulevard off-ramp. All lanes on Westbound Highway 4 at San Marcos Boulevard in Bay Point were blocked but have since reopened.
