Martinez Sturgeon To Host All-Star Game

The semi-pro baseball team will host a home run derby to kick off the Pecos League All-Star Game this Sunday.

MARTINEZ, CA — The Martinez Sturgeon semi-professional baseball team is hosting the Pecos League All-Star Game on Sunday afternoon at Waterfront Park in Martinez.

The event starts with a home run derby at noon. The National Anthem will be played by John Kelly at 1:40 p.m. The game starts at 2 p.m.

Joe DiMaggio's boat The Joltin' Joe will be on display. Chicken, hot dogs and regular snack bar food will be available.
