Martinez Woman Arrested, Concord Man Sought In Fatal Shooting: Police
A 19-year-old Martinez woman has been arrested and a 20-year-old Concord man is sought in a homicide investigation, police said.

CONCORD, CA — A Martinez woman was arrested and another suspect is sought in connection with a fatal shooting Tuesday in Concord, police said.
Two men were shot around 10 a.m. Tuesday in a shopping center at 2182 Solano Way. One of the victims died at the scene while the other was hospitalized.
Later in the evening, detectives arrested 19-year-old Haley Sparks Hadsell, of Martinez, in connection with the homicide, Concord police Lt. Sean Donnelly said.

The other suspect, Sione "Ono" Amanaki, 20, of Concord, had not been located as of late Tuesday night.
"Amanaki knows he is wanted and may be hiding out in the City of Oakland," Donnelly said.

Police declined to share further details as the case remained under investigation.
