Tales in Journalism - Marc Sandalow

The former News Gazette reporter (oh, and SF Chronicle Washington Bureau Chief, too), reflects on media bias and his worst media experience.

Marc Sandalow held the Shell Clubhouse enthralled with his talk last Monday about the various myths in politics, government and media. The former Washington Bureau Chief for the San Francisco Chronicle, who got his start at the Martinez News Gazette in 1984-86, now teaches at the UC Washington School in Washington, DC, where he lives with his wife and children.

During his presentation, Sandalow was asked to discuss his views on bias in the media, and the most difficult story he ever covered. Martinez Patch was there to capture his answers and bring them to you.
