Woman Hospitalized After Crash Near Blackhawk
The driver crashed into a tree Sunday afternoon.
A driver was hospitalized after crashing into a tree in the unincorporated Contra Costa County community of Blackhawk Sunday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision was reported at about 12:45 p.m. near Blackhawk Club Drive and Red Cedar Court, CHP Officer James Evans said.
The adult female driver of a Nissan suffered major injuries and was taken to John Muir Medical Center, Evans said.
No other vehicles were believed to have been involved in the crash, which remains under investigation by the CHP.
