Curry's $31M Atherton Estate Makes Peninsula Splash: Report
GS Warriors superstar guard Steph Curry expressed concern about the commute from the East Bay since the team moved from Oakland to SF.

MENLO PARK, CA — The score for the highest price tag on a home in the most expensive town to live in the United States goes to Golden State Warriors superstar guard Stephen Curry and actress-chef wife Ayesha Curry, who bought an Atherton estate for $31 million in June, Variety reported.
Apparently, the famous couple shared an awe of having experienced sticker shock — even for the San Francisco Bay Area, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, which picked up the hush-hush celebrity purchase from James McClain of Variety.
The entertainment industry magazine reported the Currys made the purchase, which wasn't previously disclosed publicly since the house wasn't listed on the open market.
