Interstate Highway 280 was congested Thursday morning after a crash blocked two lanes, according to California Highway Patrol.
The accident was reported at 7:01 a.m. just north of Farm Hill Boulevard. Initial reports indicated that the crash involved a pickup truck and an SUV, according to the CHP. The vehicles were towed by 8:30, according to CHP records.
