MENLO PARK, CA -- One of the three teenagers who was found dead Wednesday morning from a car crash was identified as a Menlo Park resident.Andrew Gonzales, 18, of Menlo Park, alongside Matthew Cruz, 18, and Ricardo Torres, 19, of Redwood City, were found in the wreckage of a crash off Skyline Boulevard in unincorporated San Mateo County, according to the California Highway Patrol.CHP officers responded to the incident around 7:49 a.m. Wednesday and found a 2010 Hyundai occupied by the <a href="https://patch.com/california/sanmateo/3-smc-teens-dead-skyline-boulevard-crash-chp">three teenagers had crashed</a> at some point overnight.The car was traveling south on Skyline, left the west side of the roadway, struck a tree and came to rest on its wheels about 50 feet down the embankment, CHP officials said.All three occupants died in the crash.Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to contact CHP Officer Brian Wester at (650) 369-6261. --Bay City News contributed to this report/Photo via Shutterstock
