Oak Knoll Accepting Spanish Immersion Applications

The enrollment period for ’s Spanish Immersion Program is now open for students who will start kindergarten this fall.

"The goal of this unique program is to provide an opportunity for children at an early age to develop literacy and fluency in both Spanish and English," according to the Oak Knoll office. 

 administrators announced Sunday that parents who are interested in enrolling their children in the program will need to attend an informational meeting prior to submitting their application.

Two sessions will be held. The first will be form 8:45 - 9:45 a.m.  on Wednesday February 15. The second will be from 7-8 p.m. on Monday, February 27. Both will be held in the Board Room at the District Office, which is located at 181 Encinal Avenue in Atherton.

Applications can be picked up at the school office and must be submitted by February 29, according to the district’s website.
