San Mateo County officials plan to announce this morning that they will match the $4,000 in incentives provided by PG&amp;E. The double rebates will continue through March. The money is being made available through a statewide program called Energy Upgrade California, which is aimed at helping homeowners save money and energy. The program is being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. --Bay City News
