• Salvation Army's Angel Tree program will provide gifts for Inland Empire children (sbsun.com) — Mentone families in need are among those whose children will receive Christmas gifts through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, which runs through Dec. 22. Shoppers can pick a child’s wish list at Inland Center Mall or local Walmarts, buy gifts, and return them to volunteers. The Salvation Army is also seeking food and monetary donations at its Redlands and San Bernardino locations.
