Keoni Fernandezees, 16, who had been missing since Oct. 9, was found in San Luis Obispo and is now safely back home, according to Millbrae Police Commander Mark Raffaelli.
Before his return, he was last seen in Redwood City, and he may have been staying with friends in San Francisco.
