There were over 190 flight delays and about 20 cancellations reported at SFO, and the FAA stated there is an average delay of over 90 minutes.

The airport has an FAA ground delay until midnight due to high winds impacting flight operations, complicating post-holiday travel.

Travelers should check their flight status frequently.
