ICB ART 2023 Winter Open Studios

Returning for its 54th year is the most highly anticipated art and artist’s event of the year, the 2023 Winter Open Studios at ICB ART on Sausalito’s working waterfront, December 2 and 3 from 11am to 5pm each day. The annual Winter Open Studios is presented by ICB ART and is known among collectors, gallerists and art lovers as the one yearly art event not to be missed. Under the ICB’s dramatic curved roof, with exposed beams and spectacular views of the SF Bay, 100+ fine artists of every stripe including sculptors, abstract and figurative painters, photographers, fiber artists, and jewelers, will open their studios to the public for this unique opportunity to meet the artists, talk to them about their creative process and discover exceptional art.

Travelers from as far away as New York, Washington State, Los Angeles and Charleston, SC plan their Bay Area trips around Winter Open Studios.

This year, the public has two ways to view ICB artwork. In addition to Winter Open Studios, eleven ICB artists were selected to exhibit their work in the de Young Open 2023, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco’s second triennial juried community art exhibition, showcasing the talent of artists from across the nine Bay Area counties. The de Young Open 2023 is currently on exhibit and will run through January 7, 2024.
