Mill Valley Readies To Dance To The Sound Of Silence

MILL VALLEY, CA — The city of Mill Valley later this week will dance to the sound of silence.

Sort of.

The city will broadcast music wirelessly to participants wearing headphones at Friday’s “Silent Disco in the Plaza.”

In other words…

“Those without the headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a group of people dancing to nothing,” city officials said.

The free event is scheduled to be held Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Mill Valley Depot Plaza.
