Ian Mooney is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life. His love for the great outdoors (Yosemite) is only overshadowed by his linguistic and musical talent. A day without Ian is like a day without sunshine.
His hard work and good values are exemplified in his 1000+ day Duolingo streak (in Finnish, Italian, Chinese, and Norwegian) and leadership of the Yearbook committee and the swim team. He's a rugged outdoorsy type who enjoys all the intricacies of hometown Mill Valley's Steps Lanes and Paths, and a proud spokesman for his Finnish heritage.
What three words best describe your star student?
Ebullient, Endearing, Earnestly Finnish
