'Selfless In Everything She Does': Mill Valley Hero

MILL VALLEY, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Karen is dedicated to nourishing the whole community, from adults getting morning juices to high school students at lunch to families between pick ups and sports. With business down over 60 percent, she is still committed to keeping the doors open, donating food, feeding the frontlines, paying employees and providing healthy food options through takeout and delivery.
