How Traffic And Parking Will Be Impacted By This Bay Area Memorial Day Parade
Parking and traffic modifications will be enforced on Memorial Day.
MILL VALLEY, CA — The Mill Valley Memorial Day celebration will start in the early morning Monday with a pancake breakfast and end with a parade to honor fallen veterans.
From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., there will be a pancake breakfast provided by the Mill Valley Volunteer Firefighter’s Association. At 10 a.m., there will be a veterans ceremony in downtown Mill Valley. And at 11 a.m., there will be a parade featuring city and local organizations, veterans, businesses and community groups that will remember fallen heroes and veterans.
At 6 a.m. Monday, there will be no parking restrictions enforced on the streets around Old Mill School, Lovell Avenue, Throckmorton Avenue and Miller Avenue.

From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Throckmorton and Miller Avenues will be closed. Traffic may be affected through downtown Mill Valley on Throckmorton Avenue, Sunnyside Avenue, and crossing southbound Miller Avenue between downtown and Tamalpais High School.
From the early morning until noon on Monday, Lovell Avenue will become a two-way street between Old Mill Street and Corte Madera Avenue. There will be no parking restrictions in this area as well.
