$14M Lottery Ticket Sold In Bay Area

SAN JOSE, CA — One California Lottery player tested their luck this weekend and ended up with a $14 million winning ticket.

The SuperLotto Plus ticket was sold at Maple Leaf Liquors (1146 Saratoga Ave.) in San Jose, according to California Lottery officials. The winner's name was not revealed.

The winner's ticket matched all five numbers and the jackpot mega number for Saturday’s drawing: 12, 126, 30, 38, 42 and 4. The odds of winning were 1 in 41,416,353, according to lottery officials.

In October, a Southern California store sold a ticket that netted a player $50,000.
