MILPITAS, CA — Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred over the weekend at a Milpitas massage parlor while the business was open and customers were present, according to authorities.

Officers responded around 7:30 p.m. Saturday to Footlax Massage after two people — possibly males — entered the business in the 400 block of South Main Street with a handgun, robbing the massage parlor and its customers of cash and jewelry, Officer Michelle Sanchez said.

One person was injured in the incident, although no shots were fired, according to Sanchez, who encouraged anyone in the area at the time of the robbery to contact police if they saw or heard anything suspicious.
