Here's A List Of CA Convicts Who Had Their Sentences Commuted
On Dec. 23, Gov. Jerry Brown shortened the sentences for 19 people. Here's a glimpse of who they are.

CALIFORNIA -- On Dec. 23, Gov. Jerry Brown shortened the sentences for 19 people and pardoned more than 100. The move is a tradition for governors across the nation as Christmas nears.
Here's a glimpse of the Californians who will be released from prison early:
Jesus Aguirre

In 2010, a 16-year-old Aguirre participated in a gang-related shooting in Orange County that injured Ramon Magana. He was sentenced to 35 years for attempted murder then re-sentenced to 17 years in 2014.
Bradley Joe Arrowood

Arrowood was convicted of beating Mark Albanesein 1993 after finding out Albanese was having an affair with his wife. Arrowood was sentence to life in 1995 for first degree murder after Albanese died.
Christopher Antoine Brown
In 1995, a 17-year-old Brown shot multiple times into a car that ultimately killed another man. He was sentenced in 1996 to 25 years for first degree murder, three years for assault with a deadly weapon and eight years for two firearm enhancements.
Susan Bustamante
Bustamante hired her brother to kill her abusive husband in 1980. She later received life insurance benefits for her husband's death. In 1987, she was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for first degree murder.
Valerie Campbell
Campbell and Carl Sampson entered a home in 1991 where Sampson shot and killed a woman. Campbell was sentenced to 39 years for first degree murder.
Robert Crain
Crain participated in a gang shooting in 2005 that injured one man. In 2007, he was sentenced to five years for attempted murder and 10 years for gang enhancement.
Emile DeWeaver
In 1998, an 18-year-old DeWeaver shot another man after a dispute over a street dice game. DeWeaver was sentenced to 67 years for first degree murder in 2000.
Candace Lee Fox
Fox was arrested after she and others held a man at gunpoint over his failure to pay for sexual services. The man was killed during the interaction. In 1992, she sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for first degree murder.
Hugo Gonzalez
Gonzalez shot three different men following an attempt to purchase marijuana. In 2001, he was sentenced to seven years to life for attempted murder with an enhancement of 25 years to life for the use of a firearm.
Charles David Henry
Henry reportedly followed his ex-girlfriend after they broke up in 2004. His ex-girlfriend flagged down officers after he threatened to shoot her and her daughter. In 2005, he was sentenced to seven years to life for attempted murder and a 10-year firearm enhancement.
Donna Jelenic
In 1983, Jelenic hired someone to kill her husband who was fatally stabbed. In 1984, she was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for first degree murder and six years for solicitation to commit murder.
Todd Morrison
In 1990, Morrison stabbed a woman several times, ultimately killing her. In 1991, he was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for first degree murder and one year for a deadly weapon enhancement.
Allicia Phillips
In 2000, Phillips shot her stepfather then strangled him to death. In 2001, she was sentenced to 25 years to life for first degree murder and 25 years for a firearm enhancement.
David Rugg
In 1989, an 18-year-old Rugg attempted to rob a gun store where he fatally shot the owner. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole in 1990.
Kelly Savage
Savage was arrested in 1995 after her 3-year-old son died following blunt force trauma to the head. Save was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for first degree murder.
Jeremy Stewart
In 2010, Stewart burglarized two homes where he stole thousands of dollars. He was sentenced in 2010 to 70 years to life.
Debra Louis Strange
In 2006, Strange tried to rob a couple who won money at a casino. She was sentenced in 2008 to 17 years to life.
Tobias Tubbs
In 1991, Tubbs and two others robbed a house that led to a shooting. In 1993, he was sentenced to two consecutive teams of life without the possibility of parole.
Anthony West
In 1993, West forced his girlfriend's dad into a trunk where he died from asphyxiation. In 1995, he was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for first degree murder.
