Man Accused Of Punching Levi's Stadium Fan Arraigned

SANTA CLARA, CA -- David Aguilera Gonzalez, 34, of Madera was arraigned in Santa Clara County Superior Court last Thursday on felony assault charges for severely injuring another man in the parking lot outside Levi's Stadium.

The D.A.'s Office is building a case against Gonzalez, who allegedly attacked another man who was hospitalized following the Oct. 7 game between the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals. Santa Clara police reported that Gonzalez punched the 34-year-old victim when a bottle was kicked in the vicinity of Gonzalez.

Stadium police responded to the call as the victim lay flat on the ground.

Levi's Stadium officials have failed to answer inquiries into the incident.
